By delivering tailored support and building confidence, you will play a crucial role in helping participants develop job-ready skills and secure employment. You'll be responsible for

🤝

Supporting people with disability

Helping individuals work towards their employment goals using genU’s customised employment model.
📝

Developing individual plans

Creating, reviewing, and updating individual discovery and employment plans alongside participants and key supports.
🚀

Delivering capacity-building activities

Providing mentoring, job coaching, and support during volunteering, work experience, and paid employment opportunities.

Key criteria

Certificate IV in relevant field

Possession of Certificate IV in Disability or related area.
