End-to-end delivery of the EMR program which includes planning, governance, phasing, and execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring delivery to agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality outcomes.🗺️
Defining EMR delivery strategy
Defining the overarching EMR delivery strategy, ensuring the digital environment reflects MUH's clinical excellence and research-led mission.🤖
Managing external EMR partners
Managing external EMR partners, holding them accountable to outcomes, including system usability and clinician satisfaction as well as delivery milestones, SLAs, and contractual obligations.Key criteria
