You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Providing day-to-day support

Sustaining EUC platform services and ensuring performance and availability.

Managing incidents and changes

Acting as a primary escalation point for complex EUC-related incidents and conducting root cause analysis.

Maintaining SOE images

Enhancing Standard Operating Environment images for desktops and servers using tools like MDT and SCCM.

Key criteria

💻

3+ years in EUC or Desktop Engineering

Experience supporting endpoint environments and user computing solutions.

SCCM or Tanium expertise

Proven skills in endpoint management and application deployment.
