Developing comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.✅
Ensuring documentation accuracy
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in line with AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards.Key criteria

Endorsed Enrolled Nurse qualification
Possession of a nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration.View

Clinical documentation skills
Proven experience with accurate clinical documentation and reporting.View
