You'll be responsible for

Providing strategic leadership
Provide strategic leadership for Council's community engagement practice, including shaping policy, frameworks and capability so that engagement is consistent, best-practice and aligns with organisational priorities.🔍
Embedding evidence-informed decision-making
Embed evidence-informed decision-making across the organisation by integrating community engagement data, population insights, and other datasets into project design, planning and advice.🏗️
Building organisational capability
Build organisational capability through leadership and coaching, by supervising the Community Engagement Officer, advising teams, delivering training and strengthening engagement culture and performance across Council.Key criteria
