Engaging with job seekers

Engaging with job seekers daily while working closely with front office staff to ensure proper scheduling into appointments and activities

Partnering with sites

Working in partnership with a network of nationally located sites to ensure all job seekers are engaged with Employment Plus
📞

Managing calls and emails

Handling inbound/outbound calls and emails on behalf of more than 80 sites nationally

Customer service experience

Proven experience delivering professional customer service in fast-paced environments.
