You'll be responsible for

Engaging in safety leadership

Engaging in safety leadership activities and discussions to promote safe systems of work across both underground and surface areas.

Facilitating root cause analysis

Facilitating root cause analysis investigations to identify failure causes of underground and surface equipment, identify actions for improvement and support with implementation.
📊

Developing maintenance strategies

Developing and optimising maintenance strategies for equipment using Reliability Centred Maintenance principles.

Key criteria

🔧

Mechanical engineering degree

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade experience.

Demonstrated experience in reliability engineering and defect elimination techniques.
