You'll be responsible for

Administering PI Systems

Providing day-to-day support and maintenance of the SCADA Energy Management Systems, ensuring system performance and availability.

Managing Incidents and Issues

Identifying, registering, categorising, prioritising, and diagnosing incidents and issues in a timely manner as per agreed SLAs.

Implementing Changes

Assessing, analysing, developing, documenting, and implementing changes based on requests for change while applying change control procedures.

Key criteria

PI system administration experience

Proven experience managing High Availability PI system architectures.
