As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be a key part of our growing support function - the first line support and assistance to our customers and a critical contributor to keeping our AI cloud services running around the clock. This is a rostered, 24/7 role. You will work across rotating shifts (sometimes nights, weekends, and public holidays) to ensure our customers always have expert support available. ResetData is transitioning to a full 24/7 operational model and this team is central to making that happen.
