About the job

As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be a key part of our growing support function - the first line support and assistance to our customers and a critical contributor to keeping our AI cloud services running around the clock. This is a rostered, 24/7 role. You will work across rotating shifts (sometimes nights, weekends, and public holidays) to ensure our customers always have expert support available. ResetData is transitioning to a full 24/7 operational model and this team is central to making that happen.

You'll be responsible for

Application Support

Work in the cloud systems customer support team to investigate issues, identify fixes and monitor the health of our AI cloud services.
🔹

Monitoring and Availability

Monitor the health and performance of infrastructure and AI services within our Apache Cloud, OpenStack, and Linux environments - contributing to system availability reporting and incident logs
🔹

Triage & Incident Management

Respond to service incidents and outages by doing initial triage and service impact assessment. Act on escalation and processing of incident resolution based on its severity and scale as documented in Support Procedures.
