You'll be responsible for

Managing and developing a team

Manage, coach, and develop a team of technical implementation resources across APAC, setting clear expectations and priorities.

Providing technical leadership

Guide implementation teams on configuration, integration, deployment, troubleshooting, and supportability decisions for Solventum HIS applications.
🤝

Engaging with stakeholders

Represent Solventum Engineering in customer discussions, project governance forums, and technical decision-making sessions.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
