Reviewing maintenance management
Overseeing both routine and corrective maintenance on critical systems such as switch gear, generators, and UPS systems to ensure optimal performance.📊
Establishing performance benchmarks
Conducting analyses and preparing reports on all aspects of critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance to drive improvements.🏗️
Managing facility assets
