The Engineering Specialist (Mechanical / Electrical) position is part of AirTrunk's Next Generation Talent Program, a unique opportunity to shape the future of Australia's digital infrastructure. Participants will engage in hands-on experience across various team rotations, gaining insight into the lifecycle of a data centre, while being supported by industry experts, mentors, and Next Generation Talent peers, to tackle the big challenges shaping our digital future. After successful completion of the 12-month program, participants will be invited to explore long-term opportunities across AirTrunk.
You'll be responsible for

Contributing to customer design & innovation
Contributing to early-stage design and technical reviews for next-generation, sustainable data centres.🔧
Supporting Development team
Supporting commissioning, engineering design and construction activities across major infrastructure projects.⚙️
Driving operational excellence
Helping drive day-to-day operational excellence across a hyperscale data centre campus.Key criteria
🎓
Engineering degree with experience
Possess an Engineering degree (Mechanic / Electrical) and 1-3 years of relevant experience.View
