Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care in the Acute Medical Ward, seeking support from senior staff as required.🤝

Promote and contribute to effective communication, facilitating teamwork and cooperation within the department and hospital.🏥
Providing direct patient care
Provide direct total patient care to achieve identified outcomes in accordance with established hospital policies and procedures.Key criteria
