You'll be responsible for

Providing hands-on, resident-focused care under RN supervision
Delivering direct care to residents while working under the guidance of Registered Nurses.📋
Assisting with assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Supporting the assessment process and ensuring all clinical records are up-to-date and accurate.📝
Contributing to personalised care planning and ongoing evaluation
Engaging in the development and review of care plans tailored to individual resident needs.Key criteria

Valid registration as an Enrolled Nurse is essential.View
