You'll be responsible for

Performing various nursing duties
Including Stoma Care, Holistic Approaches, IV Medication Administration, Catheter Care and PICC Lines.❤️
Delivering high-quality patient care
Working with the support of the nursing team to ensure patient needs are met.📋
Following admission and discharge processes
Including necessary documentation to maintain patient records.Key criteria

Current AHPRA registration
Valid registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRAView
📅
Minimum two years' experience
At least two years in an acute care settingView
🏥
Experience in rehabilitation or medical ward
Previous work in rehabilitation or medical wards is highly desirableView
