Leading the development and execution of RAC’s enterprise architecture strategy and mandate, ensuring alignment with strategic direction and regulatory obligations.

Creating architectural documentation

Creating and maintaining the documentation, policies and protocols supporting architectural models, standards and guiding principles whilst acting as a trusted advisor on strategic planning, investment prioritisation and risk management.

Defining architecture principles

Defining enterprise architecture principles and facilitating governance forums to guide decision-making, drive alignment, and ensure compliance across the organisation.
