You'll be responsible for

Providing Level 2 operational support
Support the Department of Transport and Planning’s Transport Asset Management application by managing incidents and troubleshooting issues.📋
Maintaining asset information
Assist in updating and maintaining asset information for various asset classes within the Transport Asset Management system.🔍
Identifying faults proactively
Proactively identify faults across the Transport Asset Management system and its integrated systems to ensure smooth operations.What we're looking for
