This job is about making a meaningful impact on health and safety at Baxter. As an Environment, Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a crucial role in elevating safety performance and culture across Pharmacy and Supply Chain Operations in Australia. The team thrives on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every individual is empowered to contribute to a safe and healthy workplace.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting EHS programs

Support the EHS program, systems, and procedures to ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and Baxter Policies.
🔍

Conducting audits

Support facility audit programs, including routine internal self-assessments and regulatory compliance audits.
🎓

Developing training programs

Develop training programs to ensure team members understand their duties and can carry out their work safely and effectively.

Key criteria

📜

EHS degree or equivalent experience

Possession of a degree in Health, EHS, Engineering, or related fields.

Prior EHS experience in relevant industries

Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, or FMCG sectors.
