This job is about shaping and delivering environmental performance across a diversified real estate portfolio. It plays a crucial role in ensuring that environmental initiatives are practical, measurable, and aligned with investor outcomes. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with investment, asset management, and operations teams to drive impactful ESG programs.

You'll be responsible for

Leading ESG programs

Leading the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives aligned to portfolio ESG strategy and investment objectives.

Managing ESG data

Managing ESG data, reporting and assurance processes, ensuring accuracy, auditability and alignment with frameworks such as GRESB, NABERS, Green Star and NGERS.

Driving environmental performance

Driving asset-level environmental performance improvements across energy, water, waste and carbon reduction initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in sustainability roles within real estate or similar sectors.
