You'll be responsible for

Providing administrative support

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Equities team, ensuring operations run efficiently.

Managing schedules

Managing diaries and inboxes, coordinating internal and external meetings.

Coordinating travel arrangements

Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation and logistics in line with company policy.
