You'll be responsible for

Provide day-to-day support for SAP Business One across retail operations, ensuring smooth order flow and data accuracy.

Troubleshooting incidents

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting store order flow, stock availability, and POS-related data.

Identifying improvements

Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort across systems.
