Owning and delivering the systems roadmap
Define, prioritise, and deliver a roadmap that aligns with business goals, Finance priorities, and operational needs. Translate strategy into outcomes, with clear milestones, timelines, and stakeholder visibility.🔍
Project scoping, solution design, and delivery leadership
Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to shape requirements, scope initiatives, and design pragmatic solutions. Lead delivery from discovery through build, testing, deployment, and adoption.👥
People leadership and team development
Lead and develop a high-performing NetSuite team. Set clear expectations, coach performance, build capability, and create a culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.What we're looking for
