You'll be responsible for

Preparing tenders and cost plans
Prepare detailed tenders, cost plans, BOQs and pricing submissions across social and SDA housing projects.📐
Reviewing documentation
Review architectural drawings, engineering documentation, specifications and scopes of work to identify risks, opportunities and cost impacts.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage variations and ensure client requirements are met.Key criteria

Estimating experience
Minimum 5 years in residential or medium-density construction.View
