Delivering 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, tickets, and email channels across the EDG Environment.

Conducting site audits

Performing site inspections to confirm installation and condition status of all IT equipment.

Managing support tickets

Managing and resolving support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.

Key criteria

Windows OS and Active Directory experience

Proven experience managing Windows OS and Active Directory environments.
