You'll be responsible for

Providing EUC support

Delivering 2nd and 3rd level EUC support via in-person, phone, tickets, and email channels across the EDG Environment.

Conducting site audits

Performing site inspections to confirm installation and condition status of all IT Equipment.
📋

Managing support tickets

Managing and resolving support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.

Key criteria

💻

Windows OS and Active Directory experience

Proven experience managing Windows OS and Active Directory environments.
