As an EUC Technical Specialist at Endeavour Group, you will be the vital, frontline "face of IT," delivering timely and effective technical support across our Desktop Support function. You'll be responsible for

Delivering exceptional service

Provide exceptional service across in-person, phone, email, and ticketing channels to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Managing support tickets

Manage and resolve support tickets within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring strict adherence to established SLAs.

Conducting maintenance and repairs

Perform routine maintenance on Endeavour Group-owned technology and liaise with third-party vendors to coordinate warranty repairs.
