You'll be responsible for

Conducting event monitoring

Ensure effective event monitoring in line with treatment plans and take proactive actions to reduce high priority incidents.

Maintaining incident records

Keep accurate, high-quality incident records and ensure meaningful case handovers at every shift change.
📝

Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Support day-to-day event and incident activities by improving SOPs.

IT service desk experience

Proven experience in an IT service desk environment.

ITIL V3 Foundation certification

Demonstrated possession of ITIL V3 Foundation or higher certification.
