The Evidence Services team values collaboration and supports each other in maintaining the integrity of the financial system while protecting consumers from harm.

You'll be responsible for

Assisting with preparation of legal documents

Assisting with the preparation and compilation of criminal briefs, court books, and other documents for use in court.
🔍

Providing evidence extraction and analysis

Providing timely, accurate, and effective extraction, filtering, analysis, and export of evidentiary material collected by ASIC using various tools.
🤝

Collaborating with Consulting Analysts

Collaborating closely with Consulting Analysts to implement and report on the progress of evidence review within ASIC's evidence management system.

Skills you'll need

🧩

EDiscovery expertise

Experience in eDiscovery, legal services, or operational/data processing environments to resolve complex inquiries.

Stakeholder management

Effective stakeholder management skills and strong communication skills to present information to varied audiences.

Litigation support tools

Experience in using litigation support tools such as Nuix Discover, Nuix Workstation EDT, or Relativity.
