You'll be responsible for

Leading technical team

Lead a group of AI Scientists and Specialists at Australia's leading AI company, building deep technical capability across emerging AI domains including agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM applications
🏗️

Building foundational tools and scaling infrastructure

Build and maintain the technical scaffolding that enables rapid AI development across Quantium. Lead development of tools like MCP Builder and Agent Scaffolding that allow teams to build MCPs and agents quickly.
🤝

Evaluating AI platforms and partnerships

Work directly with our AI partners including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Google and Microsoft on the cutting edge of AI development. Test, evaluate and provide critical assessment of emerging AI platforms and technologies.

Advanced technical foundation

Degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with strong publication record.
