Preparing meeting materials
Assisting in the preparation of meeting packs and materials for review prior to meetings, ensuring readiness and efficiency.📞
Coordinating meetings
Organising internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, including liaising with other Executive Assistants and arranging logistics.What we're looking for
