You'll be responsible for

Owning the integrated Customer & Digital roadmap

Manage the backlog and delivery sequencing across customer intent, recognition, appointment and location discovery, and digital self-service capabilities.

Leading delivery outcomes for Enterprise Intelligent Concierge

Help customers fulfill their needs in the most convenient and effective way.

Translating requirements into clear product outcomes

Convert customer, banker, and operational needs into acceptance criteria, risk positions, and business readiness plans.
