Responsible for the development, management and maintenance of a professional and cohesive employee assistance and peer support network throughout the state.

Evaluating and modifying policies and programs

Ability to capably evaluate and modify policies, programs and services as required, to effectively manage people and resources in frontline crises.

Providing training and information sessions

Delivering information sessions and training programs to enhance team functionality and promote wellbeing.

Trauma support and psychological debriefing experience

Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary trauma support practices in frontline settings.
