You'll be responsible for

Story & concept development
Develop, and structure compelling, high-impact long-form video concepts, series formats, and narrative arcs tailored specifically for YouTube growth and audience retention.🤝
Talent sourcing & management
Identify, recruit, and direct top-tier talent and guest experts—fostering strong on-screen chemistry and signature show identities.🎤
End-to-end field & studio production
Lead pre-production and showrunner duties on set; direct studio multi-cam setups, location shoots, and complex culinary video packages to ensure top-tier production value.Key criteria
