You'll be responsible for

Managing service contracts
Overseeing service contracts and related budgets while liaising with tenants to facilitate works.🔍
Conducting inspections
Performing inspections of mechanical, electrical, fire & security systems to ensure compliance and safety.🤝
Supporting Client Account teams
Providing relief and assistance to Client Account teams in meeting their obligations under the Management Agreement.What we're looking for
