You'll be responsible for

Leading integrated facilities services

Lead and deliver integrated facilities services across Southern NSW, ensuring all operational standards are met and exceeded.

Conducting inspections

Conduct annual inspections, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests to maintain high service quality.

Monitoring compliance

Monitor compliance with contract obligations and health & safety regulations, supporting operational improvements and performance reporting.

Proven facilities management experience

Experience managing multiple sites or large portfolios in facilities management.
