Providing leadership and oversight of facilities management, security, maintenance, and front-of-house services to ensure safe, compliant, and fit-for-purpose depot and office facilities across the Corporation.

Managing budget

Leading the operational facilities management budget, ensuring effective financial control and value for money outcomes.

Optimising contractor network

Leading and optimising a network of external contractors and service providers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective facilities services and drive improved service delivery models.

Extensive experience in managing facilities in complex organizations.
