Supporting families through the orientation and enrolment process
Helping families navigate the initial steps of enrolling their children in early education.💬
Facilitating respectful, solution-focused conversations with families
Engaging in constructive discussions to address family concerns and needs.🤝
Collaborating with educators to promote positive wellbeing and developmental outcomes for all children
Working together with educators to ensure the best outcomes for children's growth and development.Key criteria
🎓
Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Possession of a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education is essential.View

Current First Aid certifications
Valid Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications required.View

Experience mentoring educators
Demonstrated experience mentoring educators, especially those new to the field.View
