Conducting psychosocial assessments, risk assessments, and safety plans for individuals and families with complex support needs.

Developing support plans

Creating, implementing, and reviewing client support plans, providing appropriate referrals and coordinated services.

Key criteria

📜

Certificate IV or Diploma

Possession of relevant qualifications in community services.
