You'll be responsible for

Providing day-to-day leadership and direction to the field maintenance crew

Guiding the team to ensure safe and efficient maintenance practices.

Coordinating and executing planned maintenance and breakdown repairs on excavators and drills

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with OEM procedures and site standards.

Promoting a positive team culture and strong communication between maintenance and operations

Fostering collaboration and teamwork to enhance operational efficiency.

Trade qualification in Heavy Diesel Fitting

Possession of relevant trade qualification for maintenance expertise.
