You'll be responsible for

Installing and commissioning instruments

Installing, commissioning, and training customers on BD Biosciences instruments to ensure optimal performance.

Performing maintenance and repairs

Conducting maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair work, and performance testing on scientific instruments.

Providing troubleshooting support

Offering phone-based troubleshooting support when required to assist customers with their instruments.

Key criteria

Electro-mechanical qualification

Qualification in electronics, engineering, or biomedical engineering.
