This job is all about being a vital part of the Finance Administration team, supporting the Creek Connect program with various financial tasks. By ensuring accurate and timely financial operations, you will help drive the success of a significant engineering project that aims to enhance water solutions in Western Sydney. The team thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, where everyone is encouraged to contribute and grow together.

You'll be responsible for

Processing subcontractor claims

Process subcontractor claims accurately and in line with legislative and program requirements.
🛒

Managing purchase orders

Manage purchase orders, advanced subcontracts, and vendor setups within the Connect system.
📅

Supporting month-end processes

Support month-end processes, including preparation of accruals and financial reporting.

Key criteria

📊

Financial administration experience (3+ years)

Demonstrated experience in financial administration within construction projects.

Microsoft Excel proficiency

Basic to intermediate skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

Experience with SAP systems
