Managing docket and project data
Performing and coordinating the daily tracking of project data, including plant, labour, and subcontractors.🕒
Supporting payroll processes
Monitoring and following up on the daily recording of timesheets by Project Supervisors, as well as directly performing timesheet entries.💰
Handling accounts payable
Managing high volume accounts payable, including invoice approval and liaising with suppliers to correct discrepancies.Key criteria
