As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Telstra’s financial reporting. This position enables effective decision-making by providing timely and insightful analysis to business and finance stakeholders. You'll be responsible for

Completing monthly accounting and assurance reporting and analysis

Manage P&L and Balance Sheet assurance activities, producing timely and accurate reports to manage financials effectively.
🧾

Supporting monthly GST/BAS reporting, analysis, and reconciliation

Assist with Telstra’s monthly BAS submission, ensuring compliance with taxation laws and accurate reporting.
🏢

Leading end-to-end management of Lease Accounting

Oversee the record to report process for non-property lease accounting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across business units.

Skills you'll need

Collaboration, business partnering and stakeholder management

Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.

In-depth technical accounting and tax experience

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, including taxation laws.
