You'll be responsible for

Processing supplier invoices

Processing supplier invoices, purchase orders and supporting documentation accurately and in line with hotel financial controls.

Assisting with reconciliations

Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations, invoice discrepancies, payment preparation and month-end finance activities.

Maintaining finance records

Maintaining accurate finance and receiving records and providing general administrative support to the Finance team.
