The Finance Change Portfolio Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all change initiatives impacting Finance, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with Finance leaders and other stakeholders is key, fostering a supportive environment where innovation and professional growth are encouraged.

You'll be responsible for

Defining and maintaining the Finance change portfolio structure

Ensure it reflects business priorities and strategic objectives, including reporting methodology.

Supporting investment and prioritisation decisions

Evaluate proposed initiatives impacting the Finance business unit.

Leading portfolio level assurance activities

Support transparency, risk visibility, and confidence in decision making.

Key criteria

📊

5+ years in project management

Proven experience in managing projects within the life insurance industry.
