You'll be responsible for

Owning financial operations and reporting
Own end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting processes for both Australian and US entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across jurisdictions💰
Managing payroll and compliance
Process payroll for both AU (Xero) and US (Deel) teams, and manage employee entitlements and compliance with external accountants📊
Strategic finance management
Maintain and evolve the 3-way financial model to inform forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-makingKey criteria
📊
4-6 years of finance experience
Demonstrated experience in corporate finance or auditing, ideally from a Big 4 firm.View

Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payroll processing.View
