You'll be responsible for

Updating vendor information

Ensure vendor information is up to date in the Accounts Receivable module to maintain accurate records.
📄

Processing invoices

Ensure invoices processed in the Accounts Receivable ledger are coded with appropriate supplier and general ledger account codes.
🔍

Reconciling accounts

Reconcile suppliers’ statements of account and follow up for any missing invoices to ensure accuracy in financial records.

Accounts receivable experience

1+ year experience in accounts receivable, preferably in hospitality.
