Embedding robust evidence-based benefits tracking to measure AI-driven value creation and ensure alignment to financial objectives.

Delivering financial models and reports

Maintaining, designing, and delivering effective financial models and reports that provide deep, timely insights into Suncorp’s AI investments, costs, and benefits for key stakeholders.
🤝

Acting as a strategic finance partner

Acting as a strategic finance partner to AI leadership, collaborating with technology, data science, and finance teams to drive financial discipline, governance, and accountability.
