You'll be responsible for

ERP & Systems Evolution
Act as a key project member for our NetSuite migration (Go-Live 2026). You’ll handle the "heavy lifting" of data migration, COA mapping, and ensuring our proprietary platform (EOS) talks seamlessly to our new ERP.⚙️
The Efficiency Engine
You will document and re-engineer processes to drive efficiency, scalability and sustainable business growth. Whether it’s improving reconciliations or designing the build of our new reconciliation tool in EOS, you are there to eliminate manual workarounds.📊
Month-End Optimization
Work with the accounting team to design robust EOM procedures. You’ll help automate Revenue and COGS accruals and optimize the workpapers that bridge our various platforms (EOS, Machship, Xero/NetSuite).Key criteria
