Leading end-to-end finance transformation initiatives across systems, processes and ways of working.

Driving automation and AI

Driving automation and AI use across the finance function, particularly within D365, reporting and planning tools.

Managing stakeholders

Managing vendors, partners and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes on time and on budget.

Skills you'll need

Technical finance foundations

Strong technical finance foundations (CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent) with deep systems knowledge.

Finance transformation experience

Proven experience leading finance transformation, ERP, automation or AI-enabled initiatives.

Project and change management

Strong project and change management capability, including vendor coordination.
